This is a report Phraya Boranrajathanin wrote and presented to King Vajiravudh (Rama VI) on the occasion of His Majesty’s provincial visit in Monthon Ayutthana and Monthon Nakhon Sawan during September 14 – 26, 1916. Phraya Boranrajathanin who followed His Majesty on the journey vividly narrated the geographical setting of the places, travel routes, history of important places, and local residents’ way of life. On top of that, Phraya Boranrajathanin recorded number of populations, weaponry, vehicles, administrative districts, and number of places in each district where His Majesty the King paid a visit. He also provided historical opinions upon each of the places.
